HOMEBUYERS

BUILT TO SAVE® is a voluntary energy efficiency certification program that identifies high performance homes that meet its strict requirements and have an HERS/ERI score of 63 or lower or are at least 5% more energy efficient than minimum code.

BUILDERS

Builders must register with the BUILT TO SAVE® Program and renew its membership annually. At least one home must be certified in the BUILT TO SAVE® program yearly to continue being listed as a BUILT TO SAVE® builder and other Program promotions.

SUPPLIERS

BUILT TO SAVE® suppliers are construction industry professionals & vendors of products and services for new homes that support and promote energy efficiency. These companies help builder members to build homes that save homebuyers money on utilities.
